Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal information PackPro Industries collects through this website, why we collect it, and what happens to it. It is written to meet the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Who we are
PackPro Industries is an online store operated by Mercato Manila Corp., a company registered in the Philippines with its principal office at Sta. Lucia, Pasig City 1608. Mercato Manila Corp. is the personal information controller for data collected through this site.

What we collect
Browsing this site
Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no advertising or social tracking scripts. You can read every page without giving us anything.
Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (including IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify you.
Placing an order
Our checkout page asks for:

We do not ask for, and will never ask for, card numbers, bank login details, OTPs, or passwords. Anyone requesting those while claiming to be us is not us.
How your order details are handled
When you tap Place order, two things happen: your order is saved to our order system so we can pack and ship it, and your details are also assembled into a Messenger message that you send to us to confirm.
The order record — your name, contact number, delivery address, items and payment choice — is stored securely on our hosting (Cloudflare) and is visible only to PackPro staff through a password-protected admin page. We do not store any card or bank details; those never reach this site.
This means Meta Platforms processes the message under their own privacy policy, the same as any other Messenger conversation. If you would rather not use Messenger, contact us another way and we'll take your order manually.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Shopee orders
If you buy through our Shopee store instead, Shopee collects and handles your data under its own privacy policy. This notice covers only what happens on this website.
How long we keep it
Order details stay in our Messenger conversation and business records for as long as needed to complete and support your order, and afterwards only as long as tax and business record-keeping rules require. You can ask us to delete your conversation and records once your order is complete and any return window has passed.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your data is used;
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- object to processing, or withdraw consent;
- have your data erased or blocked where the law allows;
- be told if your data is compromised in a breach;
- claim damages for misuse; and
- data portability.
To exercise any of these, message us or email mail.packpro@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable period.
If you're not satisfied with how we handle your concern, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission — privacy.gov.ph.
Children
This site is for customers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information — for example by adding analytics or an order database — we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
